At a time when companies are chasing quick profits, we chose to stick to our principles. A customer contacted a competitor and inquired about the machine's accuracy. The responses were quick but superficial. When he inquired more deeply, he found nothing but promises unfounded.
He was told that “the machine detects 100%” and that “it counts a million in 5 minutes”… but without any explanation or logic, and without regard to the denominations of the money or the condition of the paper.

The difference was in the way of dialogue.

When we spoke to the client, we didn't try to sell him. Instead, we tried to understand him. We explained the limitations of the technology and explained that each machine has different capabilities and scenarios for counting and detection. He said, "You're the first people to talk to me logically, not advertising."

This was the beginning of a partnership based on trust, not just a deal.
